Basic Bread Maker Pizza and Bread Stick Dough

Yield: 2-12 inch pizzas, approximately 1 lb. of dough

Ingredients:
1 cup warm water
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast or 1 packet
1 tablespoon honey [or sugar]
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons olive or canola oil
3 cups bread flour

Directions:
In a bread maker/machine, add the water to the bread pan, stir in yeast and honey into the warm water in the pan. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes or until bubbles form and mixture starts to foam. This tells you that the yeast is alive and ready. Pour in salt, oil and the flour. Turn on bread machine to the dough setting and press start. This will need to be mixed/kneaded a minimum of 7 minutes, I let mine knead in the machine for 15 mins and then turn it off to let it rise for an hour. When the dough has risen divide it in half, I like to use half for a pizza and the other half for bread sticks. But feel free to use the entire dough for one pizza if you like thick crust.
