Today I begin my first journey into the world of canning. My garden is producing tomatoes at an alarming rate and I am running out of things to do with them so I am going to give canning a try. On a slightly different note I pulled a 9 1/2 zucchini out of the garden this morning which is amazing because I have been trying to grow zucchini's for 4 years now. In previous years my soil conditions were not right causing every one of the previous plants to have blossom rot. Today I will try and document my canning if I can find my camera lol. Edit: Found my camera! And I decided to can some blueberry and strawberry jam along with my tomatoes.
